Music Legend Tony Orlando’s Full-Circle Moments in Vegas

Hit-making icon Tony Orlando is always returning to his roots in Las Vegas. That’s another fun reason to head to Sin City– Orlando is never far from a stage.

The singer-songwriter and entertainer who decades ago recorded the mega-selling tunes “Candida”, “Knock Three Times” and “Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree” has had a longtime relationship and great fondness for Vegas. “There was a time when there was a group called Tony Orlando and Dawn who sold 200 million records,” Orlando explains. “But our beginnings were in Las Vegas and we started at the Hilton in the same room where Elvis worked and all the great stars worked in that great showroom. And from there, I have been in Vegas ever since.”
