Long before renowned restaurateur Elizabeth Blau was judging contestants on Iron Chef America or snagging a James Beard Award nomination, she was focused on creating beautiful food experiences. Now Blau and her award-winning chef husband and business partner Kim Canteenwalla are celebrating their food philosophy and journey in their cookbook Honey Salt: A Culinary Scrapbook.
